The CENTROTEST S.r.l company was founded in 1987 by Cav. Ivano Emili, after twenty years of experience in the field of non-destructive testing at the TK steelworks in Terni.
Over the years, new areas of intervention have been added to what still remains the main activity today, developed also thanks to the continuous search for new solutions and innovative technologies.

Centrotest s.r.l. operates throughout Italy for non-destructive and dimensional testing and heat treatments, both in-house and on site, in thermoelectric and hydroelectric power plants or other facilities, as well as on road, motorway, railway and airport infrastructure.
The sectors in which we operate are the following: mechanical, heavy boilermaking, energy, pharmaceutical, road, railway, aerospace, military.
Our company is able to carry out radiographic testing and heat treatments in-house on large-sized pieces, with radiographic bunkers up to 15 metres long equipped with overhead cranes and furnaces for heat treatments up to 24 metres long, which make our company the most important in the whole of Central-Southern Italy for these activities.
Furthermore, in 2020 the largest controlled-atmosphere furnace in Southern Europe was built at our premises.
